Hi I’m Rebekah, here’s a little about me.
I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful children – a boy and a girl both under five!
From a young age I loved looking at photo’s of people, I would spend hours looking at them. To this day, when I enter someones home I’m alway drawn to their photos first. I believe photographs are so special. When time and people have passed images become our treasures.
I live and breathe photography, I always have. If I don’t have a camera in my hand my family and friends will ask “where is your camera?”
Some of my family have ‘affectionately’ started calling me ‘click click’.
I love to capture memories that create emotion. My favourite age to photograph are newborns and toddlers. They are only tiny… for a little while, and being able to capture their finest and purest details is a blessing.
I shoot with a Nikon cameras and my favourite lens is my 50mm 1.4.
A few fun facts about me:
- I love coffee
- I love all types of music but my favourite would be classical
- I sing at the top of my lungs in my car… only with my children or when I’m alone
- I received a High Distinction in Photography at high school and did a Diploma in Hospitality
- I’m lost without my lipgloss and mobile phone
- I love spending time with family and friends
- I love to be organised
- I married my wonderful husband Jason in 2006 (Andrew photographed our wedding)
- I tend to frown a lot but I’m probably thinking, concentrating or listening hard
