Central Coast Reptile Park Wedding Photography meets Kel-Leigh Couture… and Ian

The Australian Reptile Park at Somersby is now a Central Coast wedding venue and a great place for your wedding photography if you are into…. reptiles. Actually, there’s lots more to the park than just the animals, although they are a terrific drawcard. There is plenty of bushland, grassed areas and forest trails that are perfectly suited to beautiful wedding photos.

Last week, I was lucky enough to be

A Tricky Central Coast Commercial Photography Shoot

At Impact Images, we shoot plenty of Central Coast commercial photography jobs – from people to products for websites and print media. Most shoots involve the client coming to us with a brief and with a little consultation we book a time and do the shoot. The recent shoot for Ron Coleman of Coleman Real Estate in Toukley caught me a little by surprise.

The brief was pretty straight forward – we need photos of our team for website and print… nothing new here. I was shown a website that had images I was to take inspiration from. Still good and pretty standard except that the staff images on the website had a

Lawyers photo shoot.

Central Coast Commercial Photography… solutions for a difficult situation

Commercial photography always has its challenges, especially when photographing a busy team of people that are rarely available at the same time and place. Trying to coordinate the staff can be impractical or very expensive when dealing with busy professionals like solicitors. Often the solution is multiple photography sessions which can add up in price and drawn out. We have found the solution

Stocklands, Bay Village… Central Coast commercial photography

Why are we featuring a shopping catalogue from Bay Village on our blog?  Because we photographed it all (well, 99% of it)! That’s not the only reason. It’s exciting because the whole shebang was completed by local businesses and service providers from the Central Coast.

Often with larger corporations like Stocklands, the larger jobs will be handed off to Sydney firms in the belief they are able to handle this type of work more effectively – how untrue.

Central Coast Commercial Photography: Silver Wing Designs

When I had the call up from Katie and Ruby for another commercial photography shoot at our Central Coast studio I knew I was in for a few laughs and a fun shoot – they always are with these girls!

The brief was to grab some simple interim photos against a white background to tie them over until the full catalogue shoot coming up in a few months. Plus a couple of images against a leafy background as a trial to offset the current beach themed brochures.

Commercial: Jo’s Award Images

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph one of the country’s leading young business women and she’s based right here on the Coast – Jo Heighway, a chartered accountant and super fund auditor at SMSF Outsource Solutions. The photography was to a strict brief for an upcoming award of which Jo is a major finalist  and had to show her in a professional environment and be more than a ‘simple’ head shot.

Commercial: Vibrant Sam

To say that I have a fun job is an understatement! What makes it so much fun… simply, the people I get to photograph. Sam Woods and her Vibrant Concepts team are regular clients of mine and each time they book a shoot, I know there’ll be plenty of laughs, some great looks and some cool photography and this shoot was no different.

Commercial: Dental Surgery

My latest commercial assignment was to photograph a newly fitted dental surgery in Terrigal for Levitch Design in Sydney.

Levitch specialize in marketing, interior fit-outs and design for dental surgeries and Bill Dieberts is the latest to receive their special touch. The images here will be used for website, brochures and future advertising.
